This is our First purchase of a tempur-pedic mattress and absolutely love it. It feel so smooth and comfortable when we sleep no more back pain and as well as neck pain either. High quality mattress as expected for the price I paid. The described white glove delivery is nothing special - same caliber folks that delivery appliances and furniture locally. I was overwhelmed with daily texts and emails about delivery status that were repetitive in nature and unnecessary after the 5th one. All I needed was a delivery window and a 30 minute heads up from the delivery team - I received 10+ redundant texts and equal number of email - waste of my time and annoying to be treated like child.

I have slept on a ProBreeze for over a year. Here is what they don't tell you. First, it sleeps hot. Did I say, it sleeps hot and it will for you to because it does not transfer body heat well so do not believe any of the cooling technology hype. The mattress is temperature sensitive which means if the room is very cool, it will start off firmer but you will still transfer body heat in a spot and you will get hot. In summer months, it will get softer faster and you will be deeper in the mattress and sleep even hotter. Because the mattress is conforming less air get surrounds your body and it does not allow air to flow through the mattress. You will also notice that your muscles may not completely relax as you sleep because of the continously conforming design which I think cause more muscle tension. You are sleeping on a slow moving surface when you adjust your position or you are sleeping on an uneven indentation which makes you feel less rested. Very over priced and I regret the purchase.

Delivery was a snap. This bed is the absolute best. My wife fell in love the first night and sleeps like an angel. I took several days to get used to the bed, but I had read that it takes some people time to get used to sleeping on this type of mattress. I love this mattress and could never sleep on a conventional mattress and box spring. We both sleep with CPAP machines and the combination of CPAP therapy and this mattress makes a world of difference. Sleep centers should be telling folks about the combination of sleep therapy and this type of mattress should be considered.

We bought this to replace out previous Breeze model mattress we purchased 8 years ago as it was starting to lose its firmness. You can feel the difference along with the breeze pillows. Me and the wife feel that we don't toss and turn alot and get a better night's sleep without the trying to adjust ourselves to get into that "comfortable" position.
Only thing is that if you have a panel wood bed frame the mattress is heavy so changing the sheet can be a task. But all said and done I highly recommend this mattress.

This bed is the best bed I've ever had. I am truly enjoying a good night's sleep, and I love the massage unit. Since I have scoliosis and other serious back problems, I need to get cortisone shots to ease the pain. This bed has given me a great deal of comfort, and the massaging unit helps relieve my back pain. When my back hurts, I walk with a little limp. When the pain is gone, my limp goes away. I am so happy and satisfied with this bed.

Loving it so far. 30 days in and best sleep I've had in a long time. I'm a side sleeper and wake up feeling great. No more hip pain. My spouse runs hot and it's hard for us to find a good bed he's not sweating in. But this bed. He's woken up several times to grab a throw blanket to add him. I absolutely love this mattress, I had a Tempur-pedic years ago and when I moved to a new place, I bought a new mattress (nectar) and I regretted it every day. I finally went back to Tempur-pedic and I could not be happier! At first, I was a little worried about getting a medium mattress, but after a couple weeks of sleeping on it and getting used to it I sleep amazing, and my back feels a million times better! A wise man once told me there's two things you don't go cheap on, good shoes and a good bed. I don't think I could ever go to a different mattress brand, Tempur-pedic really does make the best mattresses.

After over 90 days in pain I finally took my time to write this review . I had another tempur-pedic mattress for over 8 years . I made the mistake to change it for a medium hybrid after trying it at a store . We ordered this mattress in line . This mattress IS NOT a medium . It is the hardest mattress I ever slept on . It should be reclassified as a firm mattress . The designation as a medium is so misleading that I even wondering if I got the right mattress . Unfortunately we got it on sale and after attempting to exchange it for a softer ( truly medium ) version we were told the sale was final . I have awaken up every day in pain . Every other ( cheap ) mattress in the other bedrooms of our house are more comfortable . It has become impossible to sleep on out almost 10 thousand marres that we are still paying for . The worst of all that was sending away our old tempur-pedic when we got the new one delivery . Be aware of the hardness of this wrongly classified mattress before buying it . I can feel all the springs on my body and my body hurts EVERYwhere . Same for my husband . Worse purchase of our lives !

I was the biggest Tempur hater for the longest time. With the introduction of the cooling beds I made the jump as I'm 6'3 275, I was a very hot sleeper. I can honestly say this is the best sleep I've had in my whole 40 year life. I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in. It's so worth the money spent for the sleep I'm getting.

This bed is comfortable, but it does feel a bit soft for a medium. I'm about 225lbs and a back sleeper. On this bed I feel pressure points from uneven pressure relief particularly in the area of the lumbar and spine. If I switch to side sleeping it feels great. Being a hybrid there is a little bounce when moving, but the bed is still overall well dampened by the foam. The signature Tempur-Pedic hug effect can be lightly felt and is comfy but not as indulgent as a full foam counterpart. Is a mildly bouncier bed (useful for handicap and seniors to get out of bed)
I bought this on clearance so I'm very happy with my purchase. The bed is a gift for a relative moving in with me and she loves it.

I'm reaching out regarding my Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze Medium Hybrid which I purchased for over $6,000, including an adjustable base. After seven months, I am experiencing severe shoulder and hip pain, along with numbness and tingling in my arms and feet.
When I purchased the mattress, I was assured by the salesperson that it would need time to break in. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Despite my efforts to adapt, I find myself waking frequently throughout the night due to discomfort, and the four-month trial period feels insufficient for a product that requires adjustment.
I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide, as I'm increasingly frustrated with my experience and am reconsidering future purchases of Tempur-Pedic products. This is my second Tempur-Pedic. I lived my first one but I am hating this one. 4 months is INSUFFICIENT to decide especially when I was told to "give it more time to break in".

Worse brand in the industry we have had our mattress for 3 years and by far the worse decision we ever made is buying the mattress! We have had issues since day one and Tempur-Pedic USA does not stand behind the warranty and you end up wasting alot of money! We have all the pillows and everything to help and nothing makes this bed better no matter what we do!. We will be going and purchasing a new mattress this weekend and it will definitely not be a temperature pedic and I will share this everywhere to make sure noone wastes their money on this terrible products!

The cooling effects described is untrue. I SO regret purchasing this mattress. I'm told that I need a cooling mattress cover and sheets to be cooler. WHY is this not mentioned on the Tempur Pedic website or in the store? Lesson learned!! No more expensive Tempur Pedicure for me!

The mattress was too firm at first. However, over time, it has gotten better and my sleep has improved tremendously. As I continue to sleep on the tempur-probreeze, I find that I go to sleep quicker and stay cooler than I did previously with my old mattress. The temperature piece of this mattress is the best feature for a hot sleeper.

The first thing you notice when sleeping on this bed after about 10 seconds is that it starts wicking the heat away from your body. What an awesome feeling. The support is firm, but you feel like you sink into the first half or full inch into it in your heaviest spots, so it lets you sleep on top of the bed and slightly cradles you at the same time. I also love the response when changing positions, it reforms to your body in about 2-4 seconds and you settle into your new position quickly so it's not annoying. I could feel my spine realigning the first night I slept on it.

It's a comfortable bed, my only issue is with the cooling of the mattress. I feel it does not cool at all. I feel hot in it every night. We did switch comforters, and sheets, but nothing works. We actually did my it for the cooling aspect, but does jot work for me. Besides that my husband says his back feels better when he sleeps on it, so it's an okay mattress.

The customer service will tell you that aren't smart if you ordered from your phone and didn't scroll down to see the final sale which is several lines BELOW the add to cart. I had been struggling with a back injury from lifting. Although my previous bed was extremely comfortable, I would wake up feeling like my back and hips were stiff as a board. It was very uncomfortable and painful.
After all of the good reviews from my friends about this bed, I took the chance and bought it.
2 weeks in and I haven't woken up hurting at all!
So thankful for you making my life better.

We first got the Mattress to replace a Comfort Supreme that was worn out.
It was to hard at first, but the place we bought it from(Mattress Warehouse) wouldn't let us return it, that said tto wait at least 30 days to let the bed to breakin. We are so happy now, the Pro Breeze is a wonderful Mattress.

Quality and comfort is good but the cooling properties seem to be diminished due to the required mattress cover to retain warranty. We purchased this mattress specifically for the cooling properties but are disappointed in that aspect of the mattress.

The mattress was of good quality. It is medium firmness, but I'd say it is firm. I contacted customer service to switch to the Tempur Luxe Breeze Firm as the reviews stated it was not as firm as the Probreeze medium. I have to agree with the reviews, it is firm but a comfortable firm. My previous mattress was a Luxe Adapt Soft and causing me hip pain. The luxe Breeze has eliminated that. I have to say I was surprised of all the reviews stating customer service was not great nor helpful, I had absolutely no issues doing an exchange, it went as smooth as can be. Not only that, but customer service communicated 100% until new mattress was delivered. Not sure who the other reviewers dealt with, but I bought through TempurPedic directly. Kudos to customer service!

We have slept on a ProBreeze several times at my parent's house, and we finally decided to make the leap for our house. From ordering the mattress, to the white glove delivery, to sleeping on our new mattress - it wouldn't have been easier. I swear, we now go up to bed earlier than we used to because the mattress is so comfortable! I also tend to toss a lot at night, and I always worried about waking up my partner. Now, I don't even think about it - he sleeps through everything. Even our kids come to hang on our bed and watch TV. I think our daughter is working her way up to asking for one for her room :-)
